Yuk! Makan Festival     In conjunction with the Singapore Food Festival, organised by the Singapore Tourism Board (STB),  Malay Heritage Centre MHC) presented traditional flavours of Malay food. The event showcase a wide array of Halal delights and heritage dishes such as 'Mee Mydin' and 'Roti Jala'. Yuk! Makan Festival 07 managed to attract more than 15000 crowd over 2 days. Guest-of-honour Mrs Yu-Foo Yee Shoon, Minister of State for Community Development, Youth and Sports.
